These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of the My Nihongo Immersion Program and any related services provided by Lingo Squad LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing, enrolling, or using any part of the services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not complete your purchase.

1. Program Overview

My Nihongo Immersion Program is a personalized Japanese learning and coaching service designed to help learners build practical Japanese ability through a step by step immersion based strategy that includes input, output, accountability, and ongoing support.

2. What Is Included

Depending on your plan and availability, the program may include the following components.

1. A personalized learning portal (“My Nihongo Dojo”) built on Notion, including structured visibility of goals, tasks, and progress.
2. Accountability and support through the portal, including the ability to message your coach through portal chat spaces.
3. Live one to one coaching sessions to clarify goals, challenges, and direction, and to adjust your learning design as your situation changes.
4. A Japanese level assessment to understand your current level and calibrate learning design over time.
5. Personalized learning kits and modules, which may include dialogues, native audio, visuals, vocabulary lists, flashcards, exercises, breakdowns of grammar and patterns, and guided output activities such as repeating and role play.
6. Feedback on submitted recordings in audio and text from qualified coaches or instructors on our team.

The exact scope, pacing, and volume depend on your plan, your learning pace, and operational capacity.

3. Platform and Portal Access

The program uses Notion as the delivery platform for your portal and materials.

1. You are responsible for creating and maintaining access to Notion.
2. “Lifetime access” means ongoing access to the portal pages we provide, as long as the platform remains available and the program infrastructure remains supported. We do not control Notion and cannot guarantee uninterrupted access if Notion changes its service.
3. You must keep your login information secure. Sharing access with third parties is prohibited.

4. Communication and Support

Messaging access is provided for learning support and accountability.

1. We do not guarantee immediate responses. Response time may vary depending on time zones, workload, and holidays.
2. Support is educational in nature and does not replace professional services outside the scope of language learning.

5. Sessions and Scheduling

5.1 Scheduling flexibility

Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement. Scheduling can be flexible and does not require a fixed weekly time, subject to coach availability.

If you need time off due to travel or holiday, we can usually reschedule sessions. For example, you may move one session from a holiday week to the following week and have two sessions in that following week, subject to mutual availability.

5.2 Rescheduling notice requirement

To reschedule a session, you must notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Requests made less than 24 hours before the session may be treated as a missed session.

5.3 Missed sessions

If you miss a session without proper notice, the session may be forfeited.

5.4 Coach assignment

You will generally have a consistent dedicated coach. However, due to scheduling or operational needs, some sessions may be delivered by another qualified coach. Feedback may be provided by a team of coaches and instructors.

6. Module Delivery and “Unlimited” Modules

Some plans may describe access to an unlimited number of modules or lessons.

This means the following.

1. New modules, skits, or lesson kits are provided after you complete all lessons and tasks included in the currently provided module or kit.
2. The pace of module delivery depends on your pace of completion. Faster completion can lead to receiving new modules sooner.
3. We reserve the right to apply reasonable limits if usage is excessive or disrupts service quality for others.

7. AI Use in Materials

We use AI tools in limited ways to support production efficiency and learner experience.

1. AI may be used to assist in creating exercises, flashcards, and other supporting practice materials, under human supervision, review, and editing.
2. Some visual or illustrative images provided to support imagination and engagement may be AI generated.

All program content is curated, reviewed, and delivered by our team and is provided solely for personal learning use.

8. Pricing, Subscription, and Billing

The My Nihongo Immersion Program is offered under the following pricing structure.

1. One time application fee: USD 100
   This fee covers the initial setup of your personalized immersion environment and onboarding process.
   The application fee is charged once at the time of application.

2. Monthly subscription fee: USD 275 per month
   This subscription provides ongoing access to the My Nihongo Immersion Program, including personalized learning materials, portal access, coaching sessions, and support as described in these Terms.

The monthly subscription begins after your first coaching session and continues on a recurring monthly basis until canceled in accordance with these Terms.

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. By completing your purchase, you authorize recurring charges according to this pricing structure.

9. 30 Day Money Back Guarantee

If your offer includes a 30 day money back guarantee, it applies to the first monthly subscription payment only, unless your checkout page explicitly states otherwise.

To be eligible for the guarantee, you must do the following within the first 30 days.

1. Attend at least two live coaching sessions, and
2. Complete at least one provided lesson kit, including both input and output activities, in good faith.

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of your program start date (or the date stated on the purchase page).

Application fees are nonrefundable.

10. Limited Availability and Enrollment Cap

Because the program is personalized and delivered with individual support, enrollment may be limited. We may close enrollment or disable purchase links when capacity is reached.

11. Intellectual Property

All materials, templates, structures, and content we provide remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, publish, or share program materials or portal content without written permission.

12. Acceptable Use and Conduct

You must use the services respectfully and lawfully. We may suspend or terminate access if you engage in harassment, abuse, or behavior that disrupts service delivery. In such cases, refunds are not required unless mandated by applicable law.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages. Our total liability related to the services will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on our website. Continued use of the services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
