5. Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.

6. How we share information

We may share personal information only as needed in the following situations.

6.1 Service providers

We use third party providers to operate the website and deliver services. This may include providers for payment processing, email, analytics, scheduling, video calls, and the learning portal platform.

6.2 Legal and compliance

We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.

6.3 Business transfers

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell your personal information.

7. The learning portal and program communications

The program uses third party platforms to provide your portal and materials, including Notion. Your portal may contain messages, progress data, and learning artifacts you submit.

Please avoid uploading sensitive personal information that is not necessary for language learning.

8. Cookies, analytics, and advertising measurement

We use necessary technologies to operate the website. On our public marketing pages, we also use Google Analytics to understand visits, successful masterclass registrations, video playback positions, and interactions with our offers. We use the Meta Pixel to measure page visits and successful masterclass registrations from our advertising. These tools may load automatically; this website does not display a cookie consent banner.

These providers may process browser and device information, cookie identifiers, approximate location, campaign information, and page interactions. Meta may associate these events with information it holds about you. We do not include your name, email address, form answers, or payment details in the browser measurement events we send. Google advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled. Meta automatic event detection and automatic advanced matching are disabled in our Pixel configuration.

We also keep first-party registration and verified payment records to understand which channels lead to registrations and purchases. We connect these records using a protected email-derived identifier or an existing payment-provider customer reference. The acquisition records are retained for up to 365 days. We do not send that email-derived identifier to Google Analytics or Meta. Where browser measurement is allowed under the settings described here, a verified application payment may also be reported to Google Analytics using the browser's existing analytics identifiers.

You can control cookies through your browser settings or block these providers. We honor Global Privacy Control when your browser sends it and preserve a previous analytics refusal stored on your browser while it remains valid. This does not affect access to the masterclass. Contact us to exercise applicable data rights; blocking future measurement does not delete data already collected.

9. Data retention

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your information may be processed in countries other than your country of residence, depending on where our service providers operate. We take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place where required.
